I’ve experienced firsthand the ups and downs of the real estate market working as a Real Estate Professional since 2002. The best part is spending time with my clients, getting to know them on a personal level, and understanding what their goals are for the future. Touring houses together or preparing a home to sell is always a fun and exciting experience, but when it comes time to negotiate, I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and craft a strong strategy to help you secure the best possible outcome.

My real estate journey started right after graduating from the University of Washington, though my experience began even earlier while working as an Underwriter in the mortgage industry during college. Having a strong background in resale and new construction sales, combined with my financial expertise, I offer a well-rounded perspective on the home buying and selling process. I take a relationship-driven approach, actively listening to my clients to provide thoughtful and strategic guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Windermere has been my professional home for many years, and I love being part of a company that gives back to the community. As a Windermere Foundation Representative, I am lucky to be able to help allocate funds for college scholarships and nonprofit organizations, ensuring we make a meaningful impact where it’s needed most.

Having lived in the Pacific Northwest for more than half my life after moving here from the Philippines, I’ve embraced everything Washington has to offer. I’ve completed the Seattle to Portland (STP) cycling event three times, hiked many of the region’s breathtaking trails—North Cascades being my favorite—and I passionately support our local sports teams, including the UW Huskies, Mariners, Kraken, and, of course, the Seattle Seahawks. I have even attended Football 101 for Women at the VMAC and played on special teams!

Outside of real estate, I share a love for travel and adventure with my husband of nearly two decades, Erik Eide. Whether we’re exploring new places or cheering on our favorite teams, we embrace every adventure that comes our way.
