Professional Experience:

I’ve experienced firsthand the ups and downs of the real estate market working as a Real Estate Professional since 2002. The best part is spending time with my clients, getting to know them on a personal level, and understanding what their goals are for the future. Touring houses together or preparing a home to sell is always a fun and exciting experience, but when it comes time to negotiate, I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and craft a strong strategy to help you secure the best possible outcome.

Certifications:

Licensed Real Estate Broker - Washington State

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation - National Association of Realtors

Master Certified Negotiation Expert - Real Estate Negotiation Institute

Accredited Staging Professional Realtor - Staged Homes

Certified Foreclosure Specialist - CE Forward, Inc. & The National Association of Mortgage Fiduciaries

Local Roots:

My real estate journey started right after graduating from the University of Washington, though my experience began even earlier while working as an Underwriter in the mortgage industry during college. Having a strong background in resale and new construction sales, combined with my financial expertise, I offer a well-rounded perspective on the home buying and selling process. I take a relationship-driven approach, actively listening to my clients to provide thoughtful and strategic guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Personal Life:

Outside of real estate, I share a love for travel and adventure with my husband of nearly two decades, Erik Eide. Whether we’re exploring new places or cheering on our favorite teams, we embrace every adventure that comes our way.

Helping my clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions is something I take to heart. If you're looking for a trusted partner in your real estate journey, I’d be honored to be that person for you!
